01Digital goods
All products are digital FiveM resources delivered via Tebex / Keymaster. Nothing physical ships.
02Refunds
Refunds follow Tebex terms. Escrow-delivered resources that have been downloaded are generally non-refundable unless the product is defective and we cannot fix it.
03Support scope
We support installation and configuration of unmodified resources on supported frameworks. Modified code is out of scope.
04Licensing
One purchase licenses one community/server unless the product page states otherwise. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.
05Chargebacks
Chargebacks without contacting support first result in removal of access via Tebex and a store ban.
